Clients are seen by appointment Monday through Friday, 8:00 to
5:00. Now Offering Evening Appointments!! Our hours
will be from 11:00AM to 7:00PM several days per
month; Call For Availability. Appointments can be made by
calling our client coordinator at 425-455-8088.
Please assist us by checking in 15 minutes early if you are new to
our office or 5 minutes early if you have seen us before.
If you are unable to keep your appointment or need to reschedule,
please call 24 hours in advance.

bringing them to your visit with you.

Fees and Insurance
Fees for office visits and surgery vary with the nature of each
client's concerns. Payment is expected at the time of your visit.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and cash.
Some diagnoses may be partially covered by insurance. We are not
affiliated with any insurance companies. Please consult your
insurance provider regarding your benefits. Although we do not bill
insurance directly, we will be happy to print out a billing form for
you to submit for possible reimbursement.
